Member At Large: Tim Howard

Tim Howard is a fulltime entertainment director for wedding and corporate event entertainment and coordination. Tim previously served as the DFWADJA Member at Large in 2006. Tim is a professionally trained wedding and event coordinator having actively attending Dallas Wedding Planner''s comprehensive training programs in addition to being an active member of the Association of Wedding Professionals. Tim has belonged to the Sachse Chamber of Commerce since 2002 and has generously donated his time and talent to numerous non-profit organizations. Tim is an adult senior at Midwestern State University with four hours away from his bachelor''s degree while maintaining a 3.84 average. Delivering extremely personalized service and entertainment options to his clients, Tim has developed a thorough planning guide to guide each client through both their wedding ceremony and following reception with accolades from those he works with. Tim started as the local church youth group DJ in 1977 graduating to roller skating rinks shortly thereafter. With his passion for music while building a massive library, it didn''t take long for Tim to begin private parties and local school dances as a mobile DJ long before mobile DJs where popular moving toward a dedicated concentration toward the wedding industry. Tim''s passion has led to his success in becoming a fulltime wedding and corporate event director whereas he has mentored and regularly works with several peers in order to meet peak client demand. Tim considers it an honor to be working with the DFWADJA Board and membership professionals in 2008, each of whom serve as his mentors and peers throughout each year.
