He covers the varied styles of music associated with ballroom dancing. This promises to be a fun & informative seminar on music that we get requested, but are often not adequately prepared to provide. Robert & Phyllis will again demostrate the various dances & how to use Top 40 music to meet these varied demands

Jason Webb, Owner of Webb IP Law Group, is a former managing partner and Director of Intelectual Property in another local law firm, founded Webb IP Law Group in December 2009. The firm represents small to medium-sized companies of all types, including technology, communication, and media companies in protecting and developing their most valuable business assets. Jason graduated from BYU with a degree in Applied Physics and Computational Modeling and received his JD Degree from the University of Utah. Intellectual property has real meaning in the context of a business. Therefore, when making decisions about your intellectual property, like what to protect, how, and what kind of resources to invest in protection, it is critical to always look to your revenue streams and your long term goals. There are protection strategies that are free and that everyone should be doing. There are others that represent an investment in your long-term growth and wealth. We will talk about what DJ''s should be doing to get an advantage in the marketplace.

He''''s served as the PADJ (ADJA Los Angeles Chapter) President from 2000-2002, has co-founded the PCDJA (Ventura, CA) DJ group, and hosted Mark Ferrell''''s Worthtour stop in LA for over 200 DJs. In this presentation Matt covers that art of selling your services. The "zen'''' of how to sell without really looking like your selling. Learn how to finesse your presentations to improve your closing ratio. Previous speaking engagements have been presented for the PADJ, SCADJA, and the PCDJA DJ chapters on topics including, "Wedding Ceremony Perfection," "DJ ''''Zales''''," and "Networking and Getting More Referrals From Catering Managers and Special Event Professionals." Currently, Matt was the ADJA National Secretary 2003-2006, and wants to help the Mobile DJ Industry be the best it can be!
